Rules: By viewing the accepted vendors list/booth number information you are accepting to comply the vendor rules.

Booth placements are considered not guaranteed. Only booths with paid electricity with have electricity.
NO SHOWS- BOOTHS WILL BE REASSIGNED AT 8:00 AM. Entrance into the building starts Sat. 6:30 am, NO FRIDAY SETUP. Fire Inspection 8:00 am, failure to comply with Fire Dept. might result in removal if situation is not corrected. Please plan to be completely setup by 8:00 am. Fire Marshall Inspection occurs at 8:00 am. If you show up late after 8:00 am you can not setup, no refunds.
General Information & Parking:
We DO NOT provide tables and chairs.
Plan accordingly, limited quantity of volunteers will be able.
Follow ALL parking directions, failure to follow might result in having your vehicle towed.
NO PARKING IN RED ZONE AT ANY TIME, THIS MEANS LOADING AND UNLOADING.
No lite candles
No HOUSEHOLD electrical cords. Only 3-prong cords, No brown cords. No piggy backing on electrical cords
Food vendors must present a VALID food permit BEFORE the show.
NO animals unless service animals
Wifi may or may not be available, plan accordingly.
SILENT AUCTION: (Depends on show)
7;30 AM HAVE ITEM READY, All vendors need to donate an item of $15+ to the silent auction. All funds are donated to the hosting booster group not the vendor.

Parking
Parking for "G" Booths
*Unload-FRONT of the school - 3 lanes
*Signs will be posted
Parking for "A" Booths
*Back parking lot
*Pass-thru GATED AREA
*NO PARKING, NO UNLOADING in Gated AREA
*NO parking by HOUSE INSIDE GATE
*Park and unload in chain-link parking lot
*FOLLOW SIGNS
Volunteers will be able to help load & unload.
Saturday-Setup starts at 6:30 am, Show opens at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm.
Booth MUST be setup BEFORE FIRE INSPECTION- 8:00AM. .
Saturday-leaving show. You do not need to pack up. The gyms are secure and locked. Just take what you need to take home.
*Early packers will not be invited back to any craft show.
Booth Numbers
Please set up your booth AFTER you move your vehicle. Volunteers will be able to help unload items, they can not help set up your booths.
Booth Sizes:
1 Booth- 10ft long x 6 ft deep
2 Booths- 20ft long x 6 ft deep
1.5 Booth- 15ft x 6 ft deep
Electricity: YOU MUST have a 3-prong electrical cord of 10 ft or more.
