Parking and Unloading
Unloading starts at 6:30 am not sooner. No Friday setup. No one allowed inside until the coordinators open the doors.
NO PARKING IN RED ZONE EVEN FOR UNLOADING.
Christmas
SATURDAY- Vendor setup starts at 6:30 am show closes at 4:00 pm vendors must leave by 4:30 pm. Doors will not be open until 9:00 am Sunday for vendor setup. Vendors do not need to tear-down. Take any valuable items home, we are not responsible for lots items/missing items.
Sunday-Vendor setup starts at 9:00 am show ends at 3:00 pm, all vendors need to exit building by 4:30 pm.
Spring
SATURDAY- Vendor setup starts at 6:30 am show closes at 4:00 pm vendors must leave by 4:30 pm. Doors will not be open until 9:00 am Sunday for vendor setup. Vendors do not need to tear-down. Take any valuable items home, we are not responsible for lots items/missing items.
Sunday-Vendor setup starts at 9:00 am show ends at 3:00 pm, all vendors need to exit building by 4:30 pm.
Booth Numbers
-G , H, O numbers- Unload in the front of the school then REPARK vehicle. Do not unload, setup and then repark. Just carry items inside and repark. Repark to WEST side of parking lot.
-A numbers- Unload is through the GATED area, NO PARKING IN GATED AREA unless coordinators assign you a spot. Follow the signs to the correct parking lot.
-Handicap parking is at the front of the building which is farther than our designated area. So you will be closer if you park where indicated.
#1 Customer Complaint- not enough parking. Please leave the FRONT of school for customer parking. Make it easier for shoppers.
-Volunteers will be available, 1 volunteer per vendor
-Booth numbers are on the floor. There is NO MAP.
-NO tables, chairs or tents provided. No animals unless indicated as service animal.
